QDDP/Behavior Analyst+

Full-time position open until filled for QDDP/Behavior Analyst.

Seeking a self-motivated, compassionate person to join our team. Duties include collecting and analyzing programmatic data, writing behavior support plans, and monitoring psychotropic medications and internal reviews. This is a full-time position with full benefits package.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and one year experience working with people who have developmental disabilities required.

Part-Time Sleep-In Direct Support Professional+

Part-time sleep-in Direct Support position available in one of our community homes.

Primary responsibilities: Sleep-in position providing overnight support for four clients. Paid orientation and ongoing professional development is provided.

Direct Support Professional – On Campus & Community Homes+

Full-time, Part-time and Occasional Positions Available Including Asleep & Awake Overnight Positions

Primary responsibilities: providing support for clients in a variety of settings, including community homes and on campus. Paid orientation and ongoing professional development is provided.

  • A variety of schedules and shifts available (including overnights, days, mornings, evenings, and afternoons)
  • $10.50+ per hour, depending on experience
  • Must be 16 years of age or older

Direct Support Professional - In-Home Program+

Part-time and Full-time Positions Available

Primary responsibilities include working 1:1 in community with individuals who have a developmental disability in order to support their skill-building and community access goals.

  • Flexible possibilities for part-time and full-time positions;
  • Opportunities include: some mornings and afternoons (M-F); weekday evenings (through dinner time); and weekends
  • $10.50+ per hour, depending on experience
  • 1+ year of experience preferred
  • After 90 days, possibility for promotion to Lead status and $11.50+ per hour, depending on experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license with dependable vehicle preferred
  • Comfortable using mobile technology (or if not, willingness to learn)
