Some responsibilities include: assisting with daily care, supporting behavior management goals, facilitating recreation and leisure activities in the community, health monitoring and computerized data entry of daily goals.

Oak Street Campus:
Full and part-time Direct Care positions for all shifts
Employment eligibility: must be 16 or older.

QDDP/Designated Coordinator
We are looking for a self-motivated, compassionate person to join our team. Duties include collecting and analyzing programmatic data, writing behavior support plans, monitoring psychotropic medications, and some direct care of people with developmental disabilities. Candidate must meet licensing definition of QDDP or Designated Coordinator. This is a temporary full-time position thru 2012 with possibility of becoming permanent. Full benefits package. Supported Living Services homes:
Full and part-time positions for all shifts
Employment eligibility: must be 18 or older.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Full-time employment is 30 or more hours per week.
With FT status the employee qualifies
for Health & Dental benefits, Sick and Vacation days.
After one year of service you are eligible
for the company’s 401-K plan.
Part-time employment is 20 or more hours per week.
With PT status the employee qualifies
for Sick and Vacation days.
