LBSA provides individual services and support to families that have people with disabilities living in their home. The purpose of this service is to empower people with developmental disabilities to achieve or sustain self-sufficiency and promote the safety and well-being of the in-home recipient.  The program provides the critical services needed to enable the family to remain together in a safe and stable environment.

LBSA In-Home Services is committed to:

  • preventing, reducing or eliminating behaviors, environmental barriers, and community conditions that may put the child at risk;
  • working with families as partners;
  • respect and dignity for everyone involved;
  • designing flexible programs that reflect the changing needs of families and children at various times in their lives;
  • achieving measurable outcomes;
  • community participation and socialization.
