Bob Bonner, President, Professor of History Emeritus at Carleton College and an LBSA parent has been on the Board since 1989. He has served as President/VP since 1992. He serves on the Development, Strategic Planning and Trusteeship committees. |

Charles Sewich, owner of Heartman Insurance, served on the Golf committee for 10 years, including serving as chair for 2 years. He now serves on the Finance and chairs the Trusteeship committee. |

Julie Thorsheim, social worker, has been on the Board of Trustees since 2002. She serves as chair of the Program committee. She also volunteers for the Gala committee. |

Cheryl Buck, a local marketing consultant, has been on the Board of Trustees since 2004. She serves on the Trusteeship committee and as a trustee mentor. She also served as an Auction chair for our Gala and a Gala committee member. |

Wayne Eddy, longtime local radio personality, has been on the Board of Trustees since 1998. He serves on the Development committee and chairs the Legislative committee. Wayne also serves as a chair for our Golf committee. He has served as chair and member of the Personnel committee. |

Pat Johnson, local Realtor, has been on the Board of Trustees since 1995. She serves on the Strategic Planning committee. She served as chair for the Development committee. Pat also served on the Program committee. |

Aggie Pavek has been on the Board of Trustees since 2005. In the past, Aggie ran a company that provided transportation for people with developmental disabilities. She serves on the Golf and Program committees. |

Eric Stratton, an LBSA parent, joined the Board in October 2006. Eric is a Strategic Lead Database Analyst at Ameriprise Financial in Minneapolis. He served on the Finance Committee and is now serving on the Development Committee. |

Dianne Kyte, Secretary, is a local Realtor and has been on the Board since 1999. She has served on the Executive, Personnel and Gala Planning committees. |

Steve Kelly, Treasurer, is a Professor of Music at Carleton College. Prior to joining the Board in 2003, he had served on the Building Committee. He now chairs the Finance Committee, and serves on the Building Committee. |

Dr. Richard Goodwin has been on the Board of Trustees since 2003. He serves on the Legislative, Personnel and Program committees. He generously donates his time for medical support and makes house calls regularly to those of our clients who are unable to spend time in a doctor’s office. |

Frank Zastera lives in Cloquet and has a family member at LBSA. He has been on the Board since 2000. He served as Vice President in 2004. He now serves on the Program Committee. He continues the Zastera family tradition of service on the LBSA Board, following his father, Joe Zastera. |

James Gleason joined the Board in the Fall of 2007. James is the great-grand nephew of Laura Baker. He is the owner of American Excavating in Northfield. |

Bill Cowles, Vice President, is a retired business owner and has been on the Board of Trustees since 1995. He served as Chair for our most recent Capital Campaign and has served on the Development, Strategic Planning and Executive committees. |

Michael Hero, local attorney, has been on the Board since 1989. He served as President from 1992-1999 with a steady hand and a stalwart heart, during some of the most tumultuous times the Association has experienced. He currently chairs the Building, Executive and Strategic Planning committees. He has also served on the Development, Personnel, Trusteeship committees. |
