She has provided direct client support and has headed the offices of Development, Admissions, and the Supported Living Services. She assumed the position of Executive Director in June of 1997. She sent her twin boys off to college this year, and is an avid reader. |

Virginia Lorangvirginia@laurabaker.org Chief Financial Officer Virginia began at Laura Baker in 2003. She is responsible for the financial affairs of the organization including budget development and control, and financial planning. Virginia has extensive financial experience working in both the public and private sector. Her husband, Rich, is a local veterinarian, and they have two children in college and one graduate working in Moscow. |

Kathy Davidsonkathy@laurabaker.org Interim Director of Community Services In 2012, Kathy became the Interim Director of Community Services, which includes Semi-Independent, Supported Living and In-Home Services. Her educational background includes social work and sociology, and she has worked at Laura Baker since 1979 in various capacities, including direct support, behavior analyst and Interim Director. Kathy and her husband have 2 grown children and live in rural Montgomery where she enjoys gardening. |

Mitch Davide mitch@laurabaker.org Director of Oak Street Services Mitch came to Laura Baker in 2007 and joined the Administrative Team in August of 2008. Mitch has extensive experience both with people who have developmental disabilities and mental illness. He has 11 years experience as a QMRP. As Director of Oak Street Services, he is responsible for the support of all the clients living in the ICF/MR and also provides administrative support to the Laura Baker School. He and his wife Jody have 5 children and he is a big superhero fan. |

Jane Fentonjane@laurabaker.org Director of Community Relations Jane joined Laura Baker in the fall of 2005. Her background includes program development, fundraising, volunteer management, communications and public relations. Jane is in charge of development, public relations, marketing and volunteers. She enjoys being her own Pet therapy volunteer and has two sons, one becoming an actor in L.A. and the other a high school junior. |
