Dietary Services
Laura Baker Services Association at Oak Street has a kitchen and dining hall located in Millis Hall. The kitchen is responsible for feeding the clients at Oak Street, the students at Laura Baker School, and offers catering services to the community as well.
Dietary manager Eileen Anderson works with our clients on making healthy decisions, and monitors individual’s calorie intakes, according to physician’s orders.
Laura Baker Services is renowned for its work with those with Prader-Willi Syndrome. Many clients arrive well over their target weight, but will reach a healthy level during their lives at Laura Baker Services Association.
